BACKGROUND Adecco is a global recruitment and staffing company. Infact, it is the world’s largest. In Sweden, Adecco has about 59 offices spread across the country. In addition to staffing and recruiting services, Adecco offers solutions including outsourcing, outplacement, leadership development, training and career counseling.
CHALLENGE Adecco Sweden needed a way to support and spread the positive culture it has to all their consultants working at various companies across the country. The main contact point they all had was via Indecco, an online platform that (at the time) was just for consultant news and time reporting.
By involving the consultants themselves into the process we were able to identify key factors that would ensure the success of the platform and also eliminated the need for costly revisions. The consultants wanted to be able to expand their network, develop within their field, and get the support they needed from Adecco.
Indecco used to be an online platform, but with its new release, has turned into an online service that fits the consultants every need. We periodically review how Indecco is being utilised by its consultants to identify recurring behaviors or new needs. This way Indecco can continue to evolve and be a useful online service.
