The role
As Growth Client Director, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our creative teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and identifying opportunities to drive business growth. Combining your strategic mindset with hands-on expertise, you’ll guide clients, oversee operations, and contribute directly to delivering innovative marketing solutions.
What you’ll do
- Guide Clients: Act as a trusted advisor for clients, developing strategies to meet their goals and ensuring the success of their campaigns.
- Upsell and Expand: Identify upselling opportunities and propose new services that add value to clients and drive growth.
- Oversee Projects: Manage the day-to-day operations of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams and Nord DDB professionals to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Foster Relationships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, becoming their go-to partner for all things digital marketing.
- Drive Results: Develop data-driven strategies and campaigns that align with growth objectives and exceed client expectations.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong expertise in growth marketing, including performance marketing, automation, and data-driven strategies.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
- Operational excellence, with experience managing multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
