CHALLENGE This start-up needed help gaining new members and increasing the amount of downloads for their app. They also wanted to activate current “sleeper”-members, the kind that might have created an account out of curiosity but then never really got around to using it.

 

SOLUTION Our strategy was to show the usefulness of the app from the perspective of the user. We recorded a series of videos specifically made for social media, showing how easy one could make (almost) all the unwanted things in life disappear – simply by the push of a button.The content of each video was carefully chosen so it would appeal to each specific audience group that we had created by analysing the client’s user data. By using simplicity, humor and creative editing we managed to activate many of the inactive members, and also to bring in a bunch of new users.
